Review challenge process

Published reviews cannot be edited but they can be challenged. Every registered user can bring to our attention that information presented in the review is incorrect and request for our customer service to verify it.

Should we have no way to contact the user who posted the review - for example, if it was posted anonymously -, the review will be removed immediately. Otherwise, we will contact the user by email and/or by phone regarding his or her opinion on the subject.

While we may request some confirmation of data presented in review (check receipts, copies of contracts etc.), ultimately we will use our own judgment on whether the review should stay or be removed. Thus, providing reliable evidence will be sufficient but not necessary.
